Answer: Introduction Continental Europe Legal System (“Civil Law”) and the United Kingdom (“Common Law”) Legal System are amongst one of the prominent legal systems being followed in the United Kingdom. However both of these propel comparatively different legislative bodies, therefore there are vast differences its implementation . Though, the continental law system and common law system share relative similarities as well, relying on the purposeful need and integrity of the court process.
