Answer: As part of any answer to an essay question it is always important to define the key words or phrases within the question itself. Having attempted to reference the word informalism using the OED and also the Chambers online dictionaries respectively there was no definition for the term informalism although an immediate inference is made that semantically it is in regard to the lack of formality. How this is expressed in legal fora could be interpreted in different ways depending upon the interests and knowledge of the author. When contemplating this essay prima facie the first example that came to mind was inter alia the current movement towards a more informal setting with particular regard to the work being done by Matrix Chambers and their attempts to eliminate or reform such fundament......(short extract)
