Answer: It is important to first understand what constitution and parliament sovereignty means. Constitution is a code of laws, rules and provisions that can manage the allocation of duties, powers as well as functions through different parts of the government . In the same manner, constitution explains the relevance that exists between the government and the public. On the other hand, parliamentary sovereignty indicated to the ability to either make or unmake any rules, laws, and provisions. Parliament sovereignty means that no entity or individual is at power to exceed the parliament legislation. Parliament sovereignty is the most common in the United Kingdom where the parliamentary houses owns supreme powers over courts among other bodies in the country.
