Answer: To examine critically the above statement it is important to look at the concepts with regard to incorporation, firstly the history of the incorporated company and its case law, including the ‘veil of incorporation’ its exceptions and effects on the Law. The scope for this essay is wide and varied, and in accepting the limitations of the brief, examining issues such as the synergy of incorporation and other areas of Company Law is difficult to address, although concepts such as the relationship with shareholders and corporate decision making is alluded to.
